- He has over 26 years of experience in ship operations and vessel management both at sea and ashore in Mumbai and Singapore.
- His sailing experience includes RORO, Heavy Lift ships, SUL, Container and dry vessels operating worldwide in rising capacities up to Master.
- Sailed as Master on RORO Heavy lift multipurpose vessels, General cargo vessels with Gantries and on Cape size bulk carriers.
- Based in Singapore, Capt Saurabh is an integral part of the SSM since its inception heading Marine and Crewing sections and supporting Ship Owners in adding value and doing the day-to-day operations.
- Experienced in managing concurrent projects in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- An effective and excellent communicator with relationship management & strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and people management skills.
- In-depth ability to enforce sea/water rules, regulations and procedures firmly and impartially.
